BRUNSWICK® SUNSHINE SCRAMBLED EGGS

Ingredients

1 Can BRUNSWICK® SARDINES IN SOYA OIL, drained

2 eggs

1 tsp scallion, chopped

¼ tsp thyme, chopped

Salt

Black pepper

2 Tsp vegetable oil

Directions

Crack eggs in a bowl. Beat with a fork. Add scallion, thyme and BRUNSWICK® SARDINES and mix with a fork.

Heat oil in a skillet on medium and then add egg mixture. Scramble with a fork until fully cooked.

Serve with toast and a slice of tomato
