1 can BRUNSWICK® SARDINES in Lemon Sauce, drained
½ onion, finely chopped
1 red chili, chopped
Salt to taste
1 tsp lime juice
8 Slices of bread
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup vegetable oil
In a bowl mix Sardines, onion, chili, salt and lime juice.
With a rolling pin, flatten bread slides.
Place 1 tbsp Sardine mixture over each bread slice and roll.
Dip rolls in egg wash and then in breadcrumbs. Deep fry until golden brown.
Serve hot with ketchup and pepper sauce
