2 cans BRUNSWICK® SEAFOOD SNACKS - HOT SAUCE, drained
3/4 cup saltine cracker crumbs
1/3 cup / 75 mL mayonnaise
1 tbsp minced onion
1 tbsp minced sweet red pepper
2 tsp / 10 mL dijon mustard
1 tsp parsley flakes
Pinch black pepper
6 to 10 drops hot pepper sauce
Vegetable oil, for frying
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cook time: 5 minutes
Time to table: 20 minutes
Coarsely flake BRUNSWICK® SEAFOOD SNACKS with a fork.
Mix all remaining ingredients well and then stir in the fillets.
Shape mix into 8 balls or cakes.
Pan fry in 1/4" / 0.5 cm of oil turning once to brown both sides.
