1 can BRUNSWICK® SARDINES in SPRING WATER, drained
1/2 cup / 125 mL butter or margarine, softened
4 to 6 cloves fresh garlic, minced
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp parsley, flakes
1 tsp dried oregano

Time to table: 10 minutes
Mix BRUNSWICK® SARDINES, butter or margarine, garlic and paprika by hand or in a food processor.
Stir in parsley and oregano. Store in refrigerator.
Serve on toast or with pasta.
- Spread on garlic toast (broiled on one side; apply spread on other side) and return to broiler until lightly browned. Serve immediately.
- Spread can be used as a pasta topping by stiring into hot, cooked pasta and top with Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
- Also great as a vegetable dip or on crackers.
