1 can BRUNSWICK® SEAFOOD SNACKS, any flavour
20 large Mushrooms
2 tsp Butter or Margarine
2 tbsp Green onion, minced
4 oz Cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp Mayonnaise
1/4 tsp Garlic powder
1/2 tsp Dried dill or herb of your choice
Pinch Salt and black pepper
8 drops Hot pepper sauce
Makes 20 appetizers

Cook Time: 5 Minutes
Bake Time: 15 Minutes
Time to Table: 30 Minutes
Wash mushrooms and remove stems. Mince the stems and set aside.
Place mushroom caps on baking sheet and set aside.
Saute green onion and minced mushroom stems in butter until soft.
Remove from heat and stir in cream cheese.
Add BRUNSWICK® SEAFOOD SNACKS (with sauce) and remaining ingredients. Mix.
Spoon stuffing into mushroom caps.
Bake at 425°F for 12 to 15 minutes.
Garnish, if desired and serve.
