Voluntary Recall – BRUNSWICK® SARDINE HOT PEPPERS, 106G 

Please note we have issued a voluntary recall on a limited quantity of BRUNSWICK SARDINE HOT PEPPERS 106G. 

This recall is happening due to possible container integrity defects.

The affected product should not be consumed. There have been no reports of illness to date, however, out of an abundance of caution, we are voluntarily recalling the products from the marketplace to ensure our consumers’ safety and product satisfaction.

The recall only applies to product with the Best Before Date and Lot Code indicated below: 

The recall only applies to the product indicated in the table above.  We are working closely with retailers to remove the affected product from stores.  No other Brunswick branded products are affected.   

Consumers who have purchased the recalled products should discard the product by disposing of it in the garbage. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this issue.

What should I do if I have this product? 

Confirm that the product you have is one of the products listed above by checking the product UPC, “Best Before” date and lot code. Once you’ve confirmed that you do have a recalled product, please discard the product by disposing in the garbage.

Can I get my money back?  

If you purchased the product affected by this recall, we would be happy to reimburse you.  Please provide proof of purchase in the form of a receipt or pictures of the product and we will provide the equivalent number of free product coupons.  You can submit your request by filling in the online contact form at http://www.brunswicksardines.ca/contact-us/ or call our Brunswick Consumer Affairs Recall Line at 1-888-686-1535.
